摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically obtain accurate temperature distribution on the entire sheet by fixedly installing temperature measuring means which makes it possible to simultaneously measure the entire sheet surface or a plurality of positions in such a manner that the sheet on the mold platen surface always has predetermined relation. SOLUTION: A thermal image analysis infrared camera 13 called a 'thermoviewer' is used as an apparatus which makes it possible to simultaneously obtain the temperature distribution of the entire sheet surface. When temperature measuring means 13 are disposed at many points, as the means 13, an infrared radiation thermometer or thermocouple is used. When the means 13 are disposed at the many points, the means 13 are positioned at the periphery of the respective female mold head chaser 5A. Temperature measuring means 14 may be positioned at the outside of the mold platen surface. The means 13 are provided at the male mold side, and the surface temperatures of both the surfaces of the sheet may be measured. The temperature measuring data of the temperature distribution measured in this manner are sent to a control part via a wired or wireless system.
