<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a transformer and improve operation characteristics, by interposing a conductive thin film for preventing crosstalk between laminated magnetic cores. SOLUTION: A first channel part 1 is constituted of a stator part 10 and a rotor part 20 which is arranged so as to surround the stator part 10. The stator part 10 has a lower receiving ferrite core 11 and an upper lid ferrite core 14, and a thin film 15 is formed on the upper surface of the upper lid ferrite core 14. The rotor part 20 also has a lower receiving ferrite core 21 and an upper lid ferrite core 24, and a thin film 25 is also formed on the upper surface of the upper lid ferrite core 24. A second channel part 2 and a third channel part 3 have the same structure as the first channel part 1, a stator member of a cylindrical rotary transformer is constituted by laminating the three stator parts 10, and a rotor member is constituted by laminating the three rotor parts 20. Thereby position precision of the respective channels is improved.</p> |
