PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a possibility of acquiring apparatus state information from an electronic apparatus to smoothly perform maintenance service of the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: Agent units 111 and 211 acquire apparatus state information indicating states of image forming apparatuses 101 and 201 from the image forming apparatuses 101 and 201. A remote maintenance server 1 (a) acquires operation schedule information on the image forming apparatuses 101 and 201, and (b) issues a warning notification to a service terminal device 3 when a transmission timing of an instruction to acquire apparatus state information specified by the service terminal device 3 is out of an operation time period based on the operation schedule information.
