The invention discloses an anti-dazzling polaroid and an image display device equipped therewith; the anti-dazzling polaroid is provided with: an anti-dazzling film and a polarizing film, wherein the anti-dazzling film is provided with a transparent support body and an anti-dazzling layer stacked on the transparent support body and having a concave-convex surface, and the polarizing film is stacked by a first binder layer on the face of the transparent support body opposite to the anti-dazzling layer, the first binder layer is composed of cured substances of curing compositions containing epoxy resin; the ratio of the energy spectrum H12 of the elevation of the concave-convex surface at the place of which the space frequency is 0.01 to 1 mum to the energy spectrum H22 at the place of which the space frequency is 0.04 to 1 mum is from 1 to 20; the ratio of the energy spectrum H32 at the place of which the space frequency is 0.01 to 1 mum to the energy spectrum H22 is below 0.1; and the concave-convex surface of the anti-dazzling film comprises more than 95 percent of the faces of which the tilt angle is smaller than 5 degrees. |
