<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device that performs web splicing while suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles by preventing an adhesion part of a new web from coming into wrong contact with the web of the existing web, under the situation where an outer diameter of the web decreases and the wrinkles are easy to occur when the web splicing approaches.SOLUTION: A sheet feeding device includes a control device 60 in which an arm device 11 is turned from a normal driving attitude to a web splicing attitude when a diameter of a web 2a for supplying a web 1 decreases to a second predetermined diameter larger than a first predetermined diameter in web splicing, an adhesion part 3 is moved so as to take a position not opposed to a supplying web 1 based on detection information of an adhesion part sensor 71, controlling a drive device 18 for rotating an arm turning device 17 and a web 2b, and a web splicing device 14 is moved from a retracted position just before the web splicing position, the position where a web pressing member 15 comes into abutment with the back surface of the web 1 of the old web 2a.</p> |
