<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily constitute a magnetic shield, by forming a short ring by soldering both end sections of a magnetic shield plate partially surrounding the outer peripheries of coils and a core to the copper foil. SOLUTION: Both ends 4a and 4a of a copper plate 4 for magnetic shielding are bent and soldered to the copper foil section 7a of a single-sided substrate 7. When both ends 4a and 4a of the copper plate 4 are soldered to the section 7a, a short ring is formed of the copper plate 4 and section 7a, and a magnetic shield which absorbs part of leakage magnetic fluxes generated from a transformer is constituted. In addition, the copper plate 4 can be fixed easily to the substrate 7. Moreover, the heat generated from the transformer can be radiated effectively, because the heat is transferred to the section 7a through the copper plate 4 and radiated to the outside from the substrate 7.</p> |
