PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an air outlet port of an air conditioner, which is capable of providing a beautiful appearance by closing the air outlet port fully upon stopping the operation of the air conditioner and capable of improving comfortable property by improving air stream upon cooling and heating operation. SOLUTION: An upper diffuser 5, provided at the upper side of an air outlet port 10, is pivoted downward upon stopping to close the air outlet port 10 totally together with a horizontal flap 4. On the other hand, when the horizontal flap 4 is pivoted so as to direct cold air, sent out of the air outlet port 10, upward upon cooling operation, the upper diffuser 5 is pivoted upward while the upper diffuser 5 is pivoted downward when the horizontal flap 4 is pivoted so as to direct hot air, sent out of the air outlet port 10, downward upon heating operation. |
