摘要 本发明有关于一种含固相反应之富金层银基导线制造方法,首先,准备含钙、钛或锆离子其中之一金属离子水溶液;再者,将奈米金粉加入水溶液内,奈米金粉于水溶液中形成复数颗金粒子,利用水热法将金属离子吸附于金粒子表面,以形成奈米核壳复合金粒子;之后,过滤水溶液以获得固相奈米核壳复合金粒子;接续,将固相奈米核壳复合金粒子置入银熔液,搅拌均匀以形成银基材,藉此,奈米核壳复合金粒子均匀分布于银基材;之后,进行二阶段真空热处理,使银基材表面形成富金合金层;最后,将银基材进行抽线制程以形成含固相反应之富金层银基导线。; adding nano gold powder into the aqueous solution to form a plurality of gold particles; using a hydrothermal method to absorb the metal ions on the surface of gold particles to form core-shell nano-gold composite particles; filtering the aqueous solution to obtain solid phase core-shell nano-gold composite particles; placing the solid phase core-shell nano-gold composite particles into silver solution and stirring them evenly to form a silver substrate, and thereby the core-shell nano-gold composite particles are distributed on the silver substrate uniformly; proceeding with a second stage vacuum heat treatment so that the surface of the silver substrate is formed into a gold-rich alloy layer; proceeding with a wire drawing process for the silver substrate to form a silver based wire containing a gold-rich layer formed by a solid phase reaction.
