The device has cameras (14,16) producing/ graphic data of the portions of a user`s head. A determining unit determines the user data for eye and the spectacle of the user in a usage position, based on the graphic data, where the user data includes local information in a three dimensional space for predetermined points of the portion. A monitor (18) outputs the optical parameters of the user determined based on the user data.
