PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a container made of a synthetic resin having a constricted part uniform in wall thickness in the peripheral direction thereof without requiring burr removing labor. SOLUTION: An ampule having a neck part 14 having an opening part 12 provided to the upper end thereof, the body part 16 connected to this neck part 14 and the bottom part connected to the body part 16 and also having a constricted part 20 with a wall thickness of 1 mm or less between the neck part 14 and the body part 16 is molded. In this case, a bottomed cylindrical preform 30 having the neck part 14 and the constricted part 20 is formed by injection molding and the lower part continuing to the constricted part 20 is stretched while at least the constricted part 20 of the preform 30 is unstretched to subject the body part 16 to blow molding.
