An LTE base station (10-1) incorporates an initiation time for the measurement of the amount of interference and a measurement duration, which act as time information relating to the timing of the occurrence of interference, into load information (LI) messages, which act as interference control information, and transmits the LI messages to another LTE base station. Meanwhile, when the LTE base station (10-1) receives LI messages from another LTE base station, of the received LI messages, only LI messages in which the corresponding measurement duration period overlaps with the validity period are aggregated, and on the basis of the aggregate result, interference reduction control is carried out. |
