PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate voltage sensor without necessitating inputting of a grounding point as an input signal of a differential amplifier. SOLUTION: A first capacitor 5 is formed of a first dielectric 10a joined to a conductor 4, and a first electrode 11a joined to the first electrode 11a. A second capacitor 6 is formed of a second dielectric 30a joined to another conductor 4 and a second electrode 31a joined to the second dielectric 30a. A first series capacitor 7 is connected to a first electrode 11a and a second electrode 31a through lead wires 12a, 12b on a printed board 9, and the terminal voltage is amplified with a differential amplifier 8 so as to measure the voltage between two conductors 4, 4. A grounding point 26a needs only a body earth to a printed board 9 but no ground earth. Since the distance between a conductor and an electrode is fixed by a dielectric, the voltage can be accurately measured.
|
