The present invention relates to a device for treating a painted surface to improve the smoothness and adhesion of paint applied to a painted surface. The device for treating a painted surface comprises: a body; a rotational axis installed on the body to be able to rotate; a driving part for driving the rotation of the rotational axis; at least one eccentric member installed on the rotational axis and extending outward from the rotational center of the rotational axis; at least one driving bar having one end part coming in contact with a part separated from the rotational center of the eccentric member to perform linear motion in a lengthwise direction as the eccentric member rotates; and a pressurizing plate combined with the other end part of the driving bar to pressurize a painted surface.
