1. An organic light emitting display device comprising:
a substrate; a underlying wire on the substrate; and red, green, blue and white subpixels each comprising a transistor section on the substrate and an organic light emitting diode, the red, green blue subpixels comprising red, green and blue color filters, respectively; a first insulating film in direct contact with the red, green and blue color filters and extending to the white subpixel; and a second insulating film disposed on and in direct contact with the first insulating film and extending in the red, green, blue and white subpixels, the second insulating film exposing a portion of the first insulating film, wherein a first electrode included in the white subpixel is non-overlapped with the underlying wire and is spaced apart from the underlying wire, and a first electrode included in at least one subpixel of the red, green and blue subpixels is overlapped with the underlying wire, the first electrodes in the white, red, green and blue subpixels are disposed above the second insulating film. |
