<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system which enables both customer and store to utilize Internet dealings at ease. SOLUTION: A guarantee institution server (B) has a commercial server (C) which can be connected to the Internet and a main server (D) where deposit account information and transfer data of a guarantee institution are recorded. The commercial server (C) and main server (D) are able to send and receive data only through a protocol converter (E). After ordering is completed, the main server (D) transfers the amount that a customer pays from the customer account to a deposited money account and pools it and transfers the amount obtained by subtracting a commission from the paid amount pooled in the deposited money account to the account of a seller a specific cooling-off period later.</p> |
