PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit which can charge a power storage element, while avoiding interrupting operation of a protective circuit for a battery. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit 100 comprises a battery 200, having a protective circuit 210, a power storage element C1 which is connectable in parallel with the battery 200, power storage elements C2, C3 connectable in parallel with the power storage element C1, and a microcomputer 30 for controlling the charging operation of the power storage elements C1-C1. The microcomputer 30 alternately repeats a main charging processing for intermittently charging the power storage element C1 with the output from the battery 200 while interrupting connection of the power storage element C1 and the power storage elements C2, C3, if the protective circuit 210 can perform interrupting operation, when the battery 200 is connected with the power storage elements C1-C3 for a specific time interval or longer, and a relay charge processing for charging the power storage elements C2, C3 with the output from the power storage element C1, by connecting the power storage element C1 with the power storage elements C2, C3 under a state where connection of the battery 200 and the power storage element C1 is interrupted. |
