PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system in which competitive documents can be excluded while a plurality of acknowledgers or examiners are allowed to acknowledge or examine documents in a random order and the plurality of acknowledgers and examiners can efficiently acknowledge or examine the documents. SOLUTION: When a user ID is inputted to a plurality of information processing terminals 5 to 8 at the same time, the user ID that is first stored in the document DB 21 of a storage device 16 is valid and acknowledgers or examiners other than the acknowledger or examiner related to the user ID can not acknowledge or examine a document until the acknowledger or examiner related to the user ID finishes acknowledging or examining the document. Because the competitive documents can be excluded in this way while the plurality of acknowledgers or examiners are allowed to acknowledge or examine the document in a random order, the plurality of acknowledgers or examiners can efficiently acknowledge or examine the document. |
