PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an office counter work smooth and to avoid tentative feed processing executed when the number of remained postage stamps to be appropriated becomes negative. When executing, for instance, settlement work after sales activities and exchange work are completed in a day, if exchange work having a set flag is found, automatic appropriation processing of postage stamps for the exchange work is executed. But, if the number of remained postage stamps to be appropriated becomes negative, the appropriation processing is not executed but the processing of changing the postage stamps to be appropriated to other postage stamps is executed, the appropriation processing of the charge on the basis of the changed postage stamp is executed, and the numbers of remained postage stamp and replenishment postage stamp that are used for the appropriation in a management file that manages the numbers of remained postage stamp and replenishment postage stamp are changed. |
