PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an operation schedule for night soil collection and/or septic tank maintenance for a long period and to securely prevent a work omission from being made. SOLUTION: Work schedule data and work result data on respective clients having made contracts of night soil collection and/or septic tank maintenance are saved in databases 32 and 42 respectively, undone work data which are included in the work schedule data of an arbitrary period and absent in the work result data are extracted 36 and 46 by retrieving the work schedule data and work result data at the arbitrary period, and undone work schedules are prepared 37 and 47 according to the extracted undone work data.
