Producing molded articles, comprises deforming a foamed layer having a polyurethane foam, where: the foam is obtained using a composition comprising an aqueous, anionic hydrophilic polyurethane dispersion, which is foamed and dried, where the deformation is carried out at 100-200[deg] C and at a pressure of 50-150 bar and the foam is compressed to 25-100% of its original volume during the deformation. An independent claim is included for molded articles obtained by the above method. |
