发明名称 FUEL CUT METHOD OF INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce fuel consumption to be saved without causing any decrease of drivability, by preventing a fuel reset speed from decreasing below a prescribed lower limit value when a compressor is operated. CONSTITUTION:In case of fuel not being cut at present, when an engine speed NE is exceeding a fuel cut speed NB, a fuel cut instruction is given. In case of fuel being cut, a fuel reset speed NA in accordance with the present temperature of engine cooling water is obtained by the method of table interpolation or the like from a table showing the relation between a temperature of the engine cooling water and the fuel reset speed NA. When it is necessary to provide a lower limit value in the fuel reset speed NA while a compressor is operated, the prescribed lower limit value, for instance, 1,200rpm is provided as the fuel reset speed NA. When an air conditioner is turned on, the fuel reset speed NA, being increased to a level of 1,200rpm, prevents a drop down of the engine speed and improves drivability.
