The present invention relates to: a hyaluronic acid derivative; a conjugate including the hyaluronic acid derivative to which a peptide as active ingredient is bound; an immunoregulatory composition including the conjugate for regulating an immune response; and a drug delivery system which delivers the active ingredient through percutaneous or transmucosal delivery. According to the present invention, the conjugate can pass through skin tissue as a first protection layer for the body and penetrate into a body by percutaneous or transmucosal injection, induce an atigen-specific immune response in an extent enough to exhibit an effect of a vaccine, efficiently deliver active pharmaceutical ingredients to the body, and directly and excellently deliver the active medicinal ingredients to a brain when a nasal mucous membrane is treated with the conjugate. Therefore, the conjugate of the present invention can be effectively used as an immune response regulator, a percutaneous delivery agent of a protein treatment agent, and a drug delivery system to a brain. |
