PURPOSE: A lock is provided to prevent copy of a key by constructing the key and a body of the lock using a plurality of magnets. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) of a lock consists of a housing(20), a cylinder(30) and a swivel rod(40). A plurality of first fitting grooves(35) with constant gaps are formed on one external side of the cylinder(30). A plurality of second fitting grooves with constant gaps are formed on the other external side of the cylinder so as not to be matched with the first fitting grooves(35). First magnets(39) supported by springs and having magnetic force are respectively inserted into the first/second fitting grooves(35). Third and fourth fitting grooves(51,52) corresponding to the first/second fitting grooves(35) are formed on the key(50). Second magnets(55) are respectively inserted into the first/second fitting grooves(51,52).
