PURPOSE: An automatic image adjustment circuit correcting the effect of earth magnetism is provided to be constructed in a manner that an optical sensor is set at the outside of a CRT to compare quantities of detected lights at two points opposite to each other to accord the quantities with each other, thereby automatically correcting a variation in picture adjustment state caused by the effect of earth magnetism. CONSTITUTION: An automatic image adjustment circuit correcting the effect of earth magnetism includes an optical sensor(2) for detecting the quantity of light at a point outside a CRT(1) to convert the quantity into a predetermined voltage, and a line(3) connected to four points at the corners of the optical sensor to transmit output data from the optical sensor. The circuit further has a comparator(4) for receiving the data transmitted from the line to compare data with corresponding data, and a micro-controller(5) for controlling image adjustment state according to the compared result.
