The present invention relates to: a cleansing composition for removing a makeup which easily swells and removes pigments, dyes, and fine inorganic ingredient particles contained in color makeup cosmetic materials; and a facial-wash cosmetic composition containing the same as an active ingredient which can remove a makeup and cleanse a face at the same time. According to the present invention, the cleansing composition for removing a makeup comprises: 60-80 wt% of two or more kinds of polyvalent alcohol having 3-6 carbon atoms and two or more hydroxyl groups (-OH); and 20-50 wt% of one nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of triglyceride polyethylene glycol (PEG) ester and triglyceride glycereth ester having an HLB value of 10-17. |
