The present invention relates to an installation-type implant with a tap-free hole, used in installation of a fixture on an alveolar bone, and to an operation method thereof. The implant of the present invention comprises: a pair of separation-type fixtures having a screw thread formed on an inner surface and further comprising a hanging plate formed on an outer side of a lower end part; an integral fixture inserted within a pair of the separation-type fixtures; and a bolt or a screw-type abutment on which an artificial tooth is immobilized on an upper end part and which is coupled to the screw thread in a pair of the separation-type fixtures and the integral fixture. |
