发明名称 AUTOMATIC SECTION SWITCH CHAIN DRIVE SYSTEM FAULT SECTION
摘要 A chain-driven fault section automatic switch according to the present invention comprises: a deceleration motor which rotates in two ways; a movable member which eccentrically rotates and moves by the rotational force of the deceleration motor; a terminal switch member which turns on or off a power supply side terminal and a load side terminal in cooperation with the rotational movement of the movable member; a power transfer member which is installed between the movable member and the terminal switch member, and transfers the rotational movement of the movable member to the terminal switch member; and a chain driving member which is installed between a driving shaft of the deceleration motor and a rotation shaft of the movable member, transfers the rotation of the deceleration motor to the rotation shaft of the movable member to be decelerated and rotate in correspondence with the switching speed of the terminal switch member, to turn on or off the terminal switch member. Accordingly, the deceleration motor required for an automatic switch operation is configured with a high-output motor and is vertically installed. A serial power transfer manner based on a chain is applied to the power transfer configuration connected thereto, and it is possible to significantly reduce the overall unit cost of the fault section automatic switch by significantly reducing the number of components of a power transfer unit of the existing fault section automatic switch. A driving chain gear and a driven chain gear are connected in series by a chain rotated by the deceleration motor and the rotational force is transferred to the terminal switch member in a serial manner. Therefore, stability and reliability of on/off switch operations of the terminal switch member are secured and durability is provided.
