A MOVING SURVEILLANCE UNIT AND A SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

A moving monitoring unit and a monitoring system including the same are disclosed. The moving monitoring system comprises: a body; a first axis; a second axis; wheels contacted with the first axis; at least one conductive roller rotated about the second axis; an elastic unit disposed between the body and the conductive roller; a camera unit connected with the body; an operating motor which rotates the first axis; a rotating unit connected with the second axis; a fixing unit connected with the rotating unit; a rotation contacting unit which transfers an electrical signal to the outside from the conductive roller; and a control unit which receives the electrical signal from the rotation contacting unit, and controls the camera unit and the operating motor.
