Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a mold for powder metallurgy, wherein the mold can be used for a long time as a surface of the mold is not damaged easily, and high-quality products can be manufactured for a long time as the hardness of the inner circumference surface of a product molding space is even regardless of a depth of the product molding space; and uneven abrasions not generated. The method to manufacture the mold for powder metallurgy comprises: a step of preparing an outer mold having a hollow part formed to combine an inner mold inside; a step of forming a roughing space by processing an outer surface of an inner mold material to be combined with the hollow part, punching and widening a hole in the inner mold material, and conducting roughing to form a molding space; a step of heat-treating the inner mold material having the roughing space formed therein; a step of shrink-fitting the heat-treated inner mold material to the hollow part; and a step of completing the molding space by finely machining the inner circumference surface of the roughing space. |
