PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for converting rotation direction to one direction of an output shaft irrespective of normal rotation or reverse rotation of an input shaft in which the two rotary bodies are concentrically arranged to have a compact structure.SOLUTION: An inner rotary body 3 is concentrically mounted inside an outer rotary body 2 integrally rotated with an output shaft OS and each of the rotary bodies is connected to an input shaft IS through one-way clutches OC1, OC2. Internal gears are fixed to the outer rotary body 2 and the inner rotary body 3, each of the internal gear is connected by an intermediate gear supported in pivot at a gear supporting member 1 and they rotate in opposite directions from each other. When the outer rotary body 2 is rotated together with the input shaft IS in one direction, the output shaft OS rotates as it is. However, when the inner rotary body 3 is rotated together with the input shaft IS, the outer rotary body 2 is rotated in a reverse direction through the intermediate gear. Accordingly, the output shaft OS is always rotated in one direction irrespective of normal rotation or reverse rotation of the input shaft IS. |
