PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a spout plug with a check valve which can be manufactured inexpensively and easily; and a packaging container using the spout plug.SOLUTION: A spout plug 1 includes: a cylindrical spout 24; a valve seat 20 that has a guide hole 21 and partially closes the interior of the spout 24, in which at least one surface of the valve seat 20 closer to one end of the spout 24 is a smooth surface; and a film material having a valve body 19 which contacts one surface of the valve seat 20 so as to cover at least the guide hole 21 and the vicinity thereof, and which is formed openable and closable with respect to the guide hole 21. The valve body 19 may be disposed by forming a notch in the film material. |
