PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of an on-vehicle optical surface which efficiently removes foreign objects adhering to an optical surface with a small amount of a washer fluid.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 10 for cleaning an on-vehicle optical surface 2 includes a housing 11. The housing 11 includes: an opening 12 which is adapted to be attached to the optical surface 2; a fluid inflow port 13 which is disposed so as to take in a washer fluid; at least one fluid discharge port 2 which is disposed so as to discharge the washer fluid to the optical surface 2; a first passage which is in fluid communication with the fluid inflow port 13 and at least one fluid discharge port 22 so as to guide the washer fluid from the fluid inflow port 13 to the at least one fluid discharge port 22; and a protruding part 20 which substantially encloses the opening 12 so as to form an inner wall 21.
