PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor device having a structure capable of controlling irregularities in the bonding of a sensor unit to fin portions of a case and ensuring bonding properties of bonding wires.SOLUTION: A case 20 includes a plurality of fin portions 23 formed by protruding part of an inner wall surface 31 of a cylindrical portion 22; and leads 24 parts of which are exposed to one opening portion 27 of the cylindrical portion 22. Each fin portion 23 includes one surface 23a facing a rear surface 19 of a sensor unit 10; and a groove 23b recessed in part of the surface 23a. The rear surface 19 of the sensor unit 10 is fixedly, adhesively bonded to each fin portion 23 by an elastic body 32 disposed in the groove 23b of the fin portion 23. Each lead 24 is connected to a pad 18 on a front surface 11 of the sensor unit 10 by a bonding wire 33. The pad 18 is provided at a position corresponding to the groove 23b on the front surface 11 of the sensor unit 10. |
