PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimate system capable of generating an estimate sheet including the rough estimates of survey fees for a surveyor, real estate appraisal fees for a real estate appraiser, amended bill return procedure fees for a tax practioner, refund procuration receipt fees for a lawyer, the estimated refund and amounts receival of respective inheritors. SOLUTION: A requests to a specialist and the other procedures are trusted by a consultant company and convenience for an inheritor 3 is attained. Besides, settling processing is simultaneously executed on the side of settlement system. Thus, man-hour for complicated commission paying processing on the inherior side is reduced, the division processing of the refund for plural inheritors is made proper and inheritance tax return claim processing is supported. |
