PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device includes: a display unit that displays a screen; an input unit that receives a touch to the screen which is displayed in the display unit; and a processor that is connected to the display unit and input unit. The processor obtains the position of the touch which is received by the input unit, determines whether or not the obtained touch position is included in a predetermined region of the display unit, and if it is determined that the touch position is not included in the predetermined region, executes processing for scrolling the screen displayed in the display unit. |
