PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user identification device identifying a user identifier in a user's SNS.SOLUTION: A user identification device 100 includes: a browse companionship range acquisition part 120 which acquires a browse companionship range showing a range of SNS users where the user has enjoyed the companionship via Web page browsing in an SNS on the basis of history of Web accesses to the SNS of the user accumulated in a proxy server 10; an SNS companionship range acquisition part 130 which acquires from an SNS server 20 an SNS companionship range showing the companionship of respective SNS users; a companionship range similarity calculation part 140 which calculates similarity between the SNS companionship ranges of the respective SNS users acquired by the SNS companionship range acquisition part 130 and the browse companionship range acquired by the browse companionship range acquisition part 120; and a user identification part 150 which identifies the user identifier of the SNS user who has an SNS companionship range of greater similarity calculated by the companionship range similarity calculation part 140 as a user identifier in the SNS of the user.
