PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system, an equipment management device, and an equipment management method capable of suppressing a situation where dealing with a failure is delayed due to the congestion of a maintenance dealer, and selecting an appropriate maintenance dealer.SOLUTION: An equipment management system includes: a management part 210 for managing a plurality of maintenance dealers who deal with the failure of equipment; and a control part 220 for, in accordance with the reception of failure notification indicating the failure of the equipment, automatically transmitting a request notification for requesting dealing with the failure to the plurality of maintenance dealers. The control part 220 provides, in accordance with a priority order determined for each of the plurality of maintenance dealers, conditions affecting the selection of the maintenance dealer who actually deals with the failure of the equipment with a difference. |
