PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave sensor, detection method, and detection program, which allow for accurately detecting objects on a crosswalk using a simple and low-cost configuration.SOLUTION: A radio wave sensor includes; a transmission unit capable of transmitting a radio wave from a first antenna installed on a first end side of a crosswalk to a first area that includes the first end, and of transmitting the radio wave from a second antenna installed on a second end side of the crosswalk opposite the first end to a second area that includes the second end; a reception unit which receives the radio wave from the first area and the radio wave from the second area; and a detection unit which detects objects in at least one of the first and second areas based on the radio waves received by the reception unit.
