PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass-integrated touch panel sensor substrate with excellent productivity, in which a character pattern such as a logo mark can be formed in a frame region prior to forming sensor wiring lines constituting a display region in a process of forming the display region and the frame region on a back surface of the cover glass.SOLUTION: A touch panel has a display region 20 and a frame region 10 in a periphery of the display region formed on a back surface of a transparent substrate 1. The display region comprises a first transparent electrode 21, an insulating layer 22 covering the first transparent electrode, and a second transparent electrode 23 thereon orthogonal to the first transparent electrode. A character pattern 30 that is visible through a top surface of the transparent substrate, and a light-shielding frame layer are formed in the frame region; a transparent conductive film supporting the pattern, and an insulating film are successively formed on the character pattern; and a lead wiring line is formed on the insulating film; and a protective film is formed on the whole surface. |
