The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition produced by using a medicinal herb extract fermented with soybean fermented liquid. More particularly, fermented liquid, firstly fermented by inoculating ground soybeans with a strain, is mixed with medicinal herb materials, and is secondly fermented at room temperature into a fermented extract. The fermented extract is used instead of purified water, which is commonly used. Therefore, the cosmetic composition obtains stability in vivo, can be easily absorbed to transderma, and thus has an increased bioavailability. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can have an anti-aging effect such as an antioxidation effect, a skin whitening effect, and a wrinkle improvement effect. The cosmetic composition can maintain characteristics unique to the fermented extract as the fermented liquid is extracted by a low temperature extraction method unlike an existing fermented liquid extraction method. Therefore, the fermented extract of the present invention has an antioxidant effect and an anti-aging effect more excellent than effects of an existing fermented extract. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can activate skin cells and prevent skin-aging. |
