The present invention relates to an opening and closing device of an explosion-proof port for an incinerator and, more specifically, to an opening and closing device of an explosion-proof port for an incinerator, which prevents secondary damage due to the occurrence of an emergency situation by detecting an operation interruption of the incinerator and an emergency situation and automatically or manually opening the explosion-proof port.
