PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody molding which has a novel appearance providing individual and superior designability by performing a flow molding operation of woody material having light transparency by virtue of impregnation of resin while making use of such woody material and further to provide a method capable of advantageously manufacturing such a woody molding.SOLUTION: A woody molding is manufactured by performing a flow molding operation which uses woody material impregnated with resin material, heats and presses the woody material, thereby, compresses the woody material, at the same time, causes the woody material to flow and molds the woody material by using such woody material, and has a design surface on the surface. Therein, a substrate part having light transparency and a plurality of spot parts having light transparency different from the substrate part are integrated and configured, at the same time, the substrate part and the spot parts are made of resin-impregnated woody material having color tones different from each other, the substrate part is formed in a prescribed thickness and, on the other hand, each of the plurality of spot parts is integrally dispersed and arranged so as to be embedded in such a substrate part or to be exposed on the surface of the substrate. |
