PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access management system for surely preventing information leakage in the case of managing access from a portable terminal via a network to apparatuses or data.SOLUTION: The access management system includes: a portable terminal 7 for accessing apparatuses 3, 5 or a file 13 via a network 11; and an authentication server 9 for managing permission area information of the apparatuses or the file 13 which are/is accessible when the portable terminal 7 is positioned in a permission area. The portable terminal 7 includes: a permission area information acquisition part 25 for performing the notification of the apparatuses 3, 5 or the file 13 to be accessed on the basis of the operation of a user to acquire the permission area information related to the apparatuses 3, 5 or the file 13 from the authentication server 9; a terminal position information acquisition part 27 for acquiring position information of the own terminal; and an access processing part 29 for disabling access to the apparatuses 3, 5 or the file 13 of the own terminal as long as the position of the own terminal is not present in the permission area on the basis of the permission area information and the position information of the own terminal. |
