PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine AGEs decomposition activating action of OPH for a compound known as a plant constituent and to show a compound which can enhance the action.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above subject, the invention provides an AGEs decomposition activity enhancer of OPH which contains one or more of apigenin, carnosic acid, diosmetin, kaempferol, luteolin, quercetin dihydrate, rutin, epigallocatechin gallate, and acacetin, and which enhances the AGEs decomposition activity of oxidized protein hydrolase (OPH); and food and drinks and the like containing the AGEs decomposition activity enhancer of OPH. |
