PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC device which has a large facing area to a metal part of an object, high power transmission efficiency, and also high mounting strength.SOLUTION: A radio IC device mounted on a conductive metal part 1 of an object comprises: a radio IC element 10 having a first input/output terminal and a second input/output terminal; and a conductive metal plate 20 which is arranged on the conductive metal part 1 while holding the radio IC element 10. The conductive metal plate 20 has: a flat part 21 connected to the conductive metal part 1 via a capacitance while facing the conductive metal part 1 or electrically connected directly to the metal part; and a loop part 22 that consists of a pair of tracks 23a, 23b which rise substantially perpendicularly from different areas of the flat part 21 and whose end parts are connected to the first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal. |
