PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively lower the temperature in a residential space, using the air in an underfloor space.SOLUTION: A structure of a house 1 includes a heat-insulated foundation 5, a first floor 6 supported by the foundation, an underfloor space 2 underneath the floor 6 and surrounded with an earthen floor area 7, and a residential space 3 above the underfloor space 2. The house 1 also includes a foundation ventilation opening 21 that introduces outer air Ao into the underfloor space 2, a partition 22 installed on the earthen floor area 7 side of the underfloor space 2 for forming an earthen floor area side space 26 that lets the air pass to and from the earthen floor area 7, and supply means 23 for supplying air Ac to the residential space 3, the air having passed through the earthen floor area side space 26 and exchanged heat with a surface 7s of the earthen floor area 7. |
