PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which contains a fluororesin excellent in miscibility and cement.SOLUTION: A cement composition comprises cement, composite polymer and water, and the content of the composite polymer is lower than 25 mass% relative to cement. The composite polymer is composed of a fluoropolymer (A) and an acrylic polymer (B), and the acrylic polymer (B) is obtained by polymerizing an acrylic monomer in the presence of a reactive nonionic surfactant. |
