<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a waveform generator using TFTs. SOLUTION: The waveform generator includes an input terminal connected to one terminal of a first capacitor, a first switch for connecting the other terminal of the first capacitor to one terminal of the second capacitor and a second switch connected for actively discharging the second capacitor. The one terminal of the second capacitor is connected to the input of the buffer as well, and its output is connected to the output of the generator. Furthermore, the generator includes a third switch which is connected to the other terminal of the first capacitor, in order to actively feed the output of the buffer to the other terminal of the first capacitor. The generator can be realized by using the polysilicon TFTs. This display device relates to the display device and the electronic apparatus which includes at least one among the waveform generators described above.</p> |
