PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an insertion loss due to a filter at a time division transmitting/receiving time while enabling high-speed communication of a packet. SOLUTION: A main controller 16 of a mobile radio communication equipment MS acquires a frequency for a packet communication designated by a base station in an active radio zone at the start of processing the packet communication or by a base station in a movement destination before starting the packet communication, and changes the configuration of a transmitting/receiving circuit of a radio unit 11 so as to use the filter for realizing simultaneous transmission and reception only when the frequency for the packet communication is equal to that in a high-speed communicable band stored in advance in a memory 14 while a high-speed communication is designated by a mobile communication network by providing a packet communication service. Otherwise, the configuration of the transmitting/receiving circuit of the unit 11 is changed so as not to use the filter.
