PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a motor that achieves flatness in an axial direction, has high rotational stability, and reduces occurrence of noise; and a compact, silent actuator having a speed reduction mechanism integrated with the motor so as to perform output to an output shaft.SOLUTION: A preload applying member 14 is disposed on any one of a first bearing part 11 and a second bearing part 12 that are attached between a first annular part 8b and a second annular part 8c of a rotor yoke 8 and a partition wall 5a. The rotor yoke 8 is energized in the axial direction by the preload applying member 14 and is attached concentrically with a preload applied to the other bearing part in the axial direction. |
